To the maximum extent permitted by Georgian law, Individual Entrepreneur Omar Gahramanov's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
OMAR SOFTWARE may engage qualified external contractors to fulfill project requirements. All contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements. The individual entrepreneur remains solely responsible for project delivery.
By engaging OMAR SOFTWARE for services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
